Education is essential for everyone. Do you ever wonder what will happen to the country who were inhabited by uneducated citizen? Certainly the country will be left behind by the other developed country. Obviously education provide peoples with knowledge. It does not only creates a better human being but also contributes to the transformation of society. That is why country or nation which is occupied by educated citizen will become the most advanced country. Teacher plays a big role in the implementation of education among the children and adolescence because they act as fasilitator for the students.
Every individual have an ability to learn but each of them have different learning style. Maybe some of them can easily accept what have being taught by the students but some of them may not. Humans have multiple learning styles; some learn best in lecture atmospheres, some are motivated by discussion, and others absorb best when they read and reflect on what they have read. Thus, we as a teacher must use a different way to teach each of the students. Teacher also should provide comfortable and attractive learning condition so that the students will put a high interest to learn.
Before entering the class and start a lesson teacher should be mentally and physically prepared. Lesson plan would be the most important thing need to be prepared by the teachers because it acts as a draft for them to teach. In order to make students understand each of the topic that have been learned the teacher itself should build a high understanding in that topic.
Last but not least, to be a good teacher I plan to experiment with different methods and means of presenting information to classes in order to improve the learning atmosphere I create for students.
